Ingredients:


1/4 kg small sole fish / nangu / manthal, cleaned

1 1/2 -2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

salt to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

2-3 tbsp water

oil, for frying


Preparation:


  1. In a bowl, add the kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and water and make a thick paste.
  2. Add the cleaned fish and marinate well with this prepared paste and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
