Ingredients:


250 gm paneer, cut into cubes

1 cup curd / yogurt, whisked

2 medium onions, finely chopped

1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped

2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 sprig curry leaves

salt to taste

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp mustard seeds

2 tbsp ghee


Preparation:


  1. Heat ghee in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and chopped garlic and saute.
  3. Add chopped onions and saute well until golden brown.
  4. Add paneer cubes and fry until light golden.
  5. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  6. Reduce the flame to low and add whisked curd and cook for 2 minutes until the gravy thickens slightly and the paneer absorbs the flavour.
  7. Remove from the flame and serve hot...
