Ingredients:
250 gm paneer, cut into cubes
1 cup curd / yogurt, whisked
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp ghee
Preparation:
- Heat ghee in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and chopped garlic and saute.
- Add chopped onions and saute well until golden brown.
- Add paneer cubes and fry until light golden.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
- Reduce the flame to low and add whisked curd and cook for 2 minutes until the gravy thickens slightly and the paneer absorbs the flavour.
- Remove from the flame and serve hot...
