Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup tender coconut water
6-8 gm china grass
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup tender coconut pulp
1 cup milk
1/2 - 3/4 cup condensed milk ( add to your sweetness )
1 cup fresh cream
crushed nuts, for garnishing
Preparation:
- Soak china grass in little water for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, add tender coconut water, sugar and the soaked china grass and melt on low flame, stirring continuously until the china grass melts completely.
- Switch off the flame and pour it into a tray and refrigerate until set. Then cut this tender coconut jelly into small pieces.
- In a blender, add the tender coconut pulp and milk and blend well until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and add condensed milk and fresh cream and mix well.
- Add tender coconut jelly pieces and mix well.
- Refrigerate and serve garnished with crushed nuts...
