Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup yogurt / curd, beaten
3 shallots, sliced
1 big green chilli, chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
3 dry red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add dry red chillies, curry leaves, chopped green chilli and sliced shallots and saute well.
- Add salt and mix well. Switch off the flame and allow to cool slightly.
- Add beaten yogurt and little water and mix well.
- Add sugar and mix well. Adjust the salt and serve with rice along with any side dishes...
