Ingredients:


1 1/2 cup yogurt / curd, beaten

3 shallots, sliced

1 big green chilli, chopped

1 sprig curry leaves

3 dry red chillies

1 tsp mustard seeds

salt to taste

1/2 tsp sugar

1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil


Preparation:


  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add dry red chillies, curry leaves, chopped green chilli and sliced shallots and saute well.
  3. Add salt and mix well. Switch off the flame and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Add beaten yogurt and little water and mix well.
  5. Add sugar and mix well. Adjust the salt and serve with rice along with any side dishes...
