Ingredients:


For the Orange Layer:


1 cup cantaloupe, peeled and chopped into pieces

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp lime juice


For the White Layer:


1 cup milk

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla essence


For the Green Layer:


5-6 medium kiwifruits, peeled and chopped

1-2 tbsp sugar


Preparation:


For the Orange Layer:


  1. In a blender, add cantaloupe pieces, sugar and lime juice and blend well until smooth puree.
  2. Fill 1/3 of the popsicle moulds with this puree and insert popsicle sticks and freeze it for 2-3 hours.


For The White Layer:


  1. In a bowl, add milk, sugar and vanilla essence and mix well till sugar dissolves.
  2. Add this milk layer evenly over the cantaloupe layer, filling another 1/3 of popsicle moulds and freeze it for another 2 hours.


For the Green Layer:


  1. Puree the chopped kiwi fruits adding sugar and little water (about 1-2 tbsp ) in a blender until very smooth.
  2. Then pour this kiwi puree evenly over the milk layer and freeze for for 5-6 hours or overnight until completely set...
  3. To release the popsicles, run the moulds under warm water for 30 seconds…Serve it immediately..
