Triple Chocolate Brownie Slab

Ingredients:
For the brownie:
3/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup / 115 gm butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
For Chocolate Frosting:
4 tbsp/ 60 gm butter, softened
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
sprinkles
mini chocolates
melted chocolate, for drizzling
Preparation:
For the Brownie:
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius. Grease a square baking pan with butter and dust it with flour and keep it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add melted butter, plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, salt, eggs and vanilla essence and beat it with an electric beater for about 2-3 minutes (just to mix well).
- Fold in the white and milk chocolate chips.
- Pour the prepared batter to the greased pan and bake it for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted at the centre of the brownie comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and cool it at room temperature.
For Chocolate Frosting:
- In a bowl add softened butter and beat using an electric beater until soft and fluffy.
- Add the icing sugar, cocoa powder, milk, salt and vanilla essence and beat until well-combined.
- If the frosting is not at the desired consistency, add more milk by 1/4 teaspoon until reached.
- Transfer the frosting to a pipe bag and decorate as you wish, add toppings such as sprinkles, mini chocolates, chocolate drizzle, etc
