Ingredients:


1 cup macaroni

185 gm of canned tuna

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 small capsicum, chopped into small pieces

1 small tomato, chopped

1 cucumber, chopped

1 carrot, grated or chopped

1 cup lettuce, finely chopped

10 olives, pitted and sliced

1 tbsp mustard paste

100 gm feta cheese

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp pepper powder

2 tbsp olive oil

salt to taste


Preparation:


  1. Boil 3 cups of water in a saucepan adding little salt and cook the macaroni until tender. Strain in colander, rinse under cold running water and drain thoroughly and keep it aside.
  2. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan and add drained tuna, little pepper powder and salt and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add macaroni, tuna, chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, olives, mustard paste, feta cheese, oregano, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, salt and olive oil and mix well.
