Ingredients:


2 cans of tuna

1 big onion, finely chopped

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2 green chillies, finely chopped

1 sprig curry leaves, chopped

1/2 -3/4 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

salt to taste

samosa sheets, as required

oil, as required


Preparation:


  1. Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped onion and saute well.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies and curry leaves and saute.
  3. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.
  4. Then add drained tuna and mix well and cook at low flame for 6-8 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the flame.
  5. In a bowl, combine 3 tbsp plain flour with little water to make a medium thick paste.
  6. For making samosa, take the samosa sheet one by one, add the tuna filling, fold and seal with the help of plain flour paste.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas in batches on medium flame till both sides turn golden brown.
  8. Remove them from the oil and drain them on a paper towel. Serve hot with tomato sauce....
