Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna
1 big onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 sprig curry leaves, chopped
1/2 -3/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
samosa sheets, as required
oil, as required
Preparation:
- Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped onion and saute well.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies and curry leaves and saute.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.
- Then add drained tuna and mix well and cook at low flame for 6-8 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the flame.
- In a bowl, combine 3 tbsp plain flour with little water to make a medium thick paste.
- For making samosa, take the samosa sheet one by one, add the tuna filling, fold and seal with the help of plain flour paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas in batches on medium flame till both sides turn golden brown.
- Remove them from the oil and drain them on a paper towel. Serve hot with tomato sauce....
