Unakka Sravu / Dried Shark Fry

Ingredients:
150 gm dried shark / unakka sravu, cut into pieces
1- 1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
3 green chillies, slit
1 sprig curry leaves
2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Soak the dried shark pieces in water for 3-4 hours to remove the extra salt and then wash well.
- In a bowl, add cleaned fish pieces, chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add marinated fish and fry in low-medium flame.
