Ingredients:
10 dates, pitted
lotus biscoff spread, as required
150 gm white chocolate
lotus biscoff biscuits, powdered
Preparation:
- Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1- 1 1/2 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred ( or melt by double boiling method).
- Remove the seeds / pits of the dates by making a slit on one side of the date and fill each with biscoff spread using a piping bag.
- Coat the dates evenly with melted white chocolate and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
- Then drizzle biscoff spread on top and sprinkle some powdered biscoff biscuits...Enjoy :)
