Ingredients:


1/2 kg beef mince / ground beef

1 cup onion, finely chopped

1 small tomato, chopped

3 green chillies, finely chopped

3/4 tbsp ginger, crushed

1 tbsp garlic, crushed

1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped

1 tbsp chilli flakes

1 tsp pepper powder

1 tbsp coriander seeds, crushed

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 egg

salt to taste

1 tbsp ghee

oil, as required


Preparation:


  1. In a mixing bowl, add beef mince, chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, crushed ginger, garlic, chopped coriander leaves, chilli flakes, pepper powder, crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, egg and ghee and mix everything together well.
  2. Cover and keep it in the refrigerator for 1/2-1 hour.
  3. Grease your hands and take small ball sized mixture and make flat patties.
  4. Heat little oil in a pan and shallow fry them in hot oil on medium-high flame in a frying pan / cast iron skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove on a plate as soon as they are charred. Don't overcook the kebabs.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot...
