Ingredients:


1/2 kg beef mince

1 onion, chopped

2 green chillies, finely chopped

3-4 garlic cloves

2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

1 tsp chat masala

1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp gram flour, lightly roasted

oil, as required


Preparation:


  1. In a blender or food processor, add chopped onion, chillies, garlic and coriander leaves and blend.
  2. In a bowl, add beef mince, blended mixture, salt, chat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli flakes, garam masala, pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Add lightly roasted gram flour and mix everything well using your hand.
  4. Grease your hand and take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls and run the skewer ( or wide straw / chopstick ) through the center of each kabab to make a hole. ( This helps the kababs cook evenly from inside).
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry on medium flame on each side until evenly browned and cooked through. Serve hot with any dip or as a filling for wraps, rolls etc...
