Ingredients:


1 cup grated coconut

2-3 green chillies

small piece ginger

2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

2 tsp lemon juice

salt to taste

1 cucumber, cut into small pieces

1 cup yogurt / curd


Preparation:


  1. Add grated coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, lemon juice and salt in a blender and grind together to a coarse mixture.
  2. In a serving plate / bowl, add the chopped cucumber, prepared coconut chammanthi, yogurt and little salt and mix well. Serve with biriyani, ghee rice etc...
