Creamy Corn and Spinach Pasta

Ingredients:
250 gm pasta
1 cup sweetcorn kernels
1 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp plain flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
salt to taste
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- Boil water in a large pan and add pasta, 1 tbsp oil and salt and cook for 8-10 minutes or according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and saute.
- Add corn and spinach and saute well.
- Add oregano, chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
- Add plain flour and saute well for 1-2 minutes at low flame.
- Then add milk and mix well without any lumps, stirring continuously.
- When it starts to thicken, add cheese and mix well till it melts.
- Now add cooked pasta and mix till well combined. Switch off the flame and serve hot…
