Ingredients:


250 gm pasta

1 cup sweetcorn kernels

1 1/2 cup spinach, chopped

1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped

1/2 tsp oregano

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp pepper powder

1 tbsp plain flour

2 cups milk

1/2 cup grated cheese

salt to taste

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp oil


Preparation:


  1. Boil water in a large pan and add pasta, 1 tbsp oil and salt and cook for 8-10 minutes or according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and keep it aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil and butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and saute.
  3. Add corn and spinach and saute well.
  4. Add oregano, chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Add plain flour and saute well for 1-2 minutes at low flame.
  6. Then add milk and mix well without any lumps, stirring continuously.
  7. When it starts to thicken, add cheese and mix well till it melts.
  8. Now add cooked pasta and mix till well combined. Switch off the flame and serve hot…
