Ingredients:


50 gm green gram / cherupayar

2 eggs

2-3 green chillies

few curry leaves

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

salt to taste

100 ml water

2 tsp oil


Preparation:


  1. Wash and soak green gram in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  2. In a blender, add drained green gram, eggs, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt and 100 ml water and blend well together until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture and swirl the pan to spread evenly.
  4. Cover and cook for a couple of minutes over medium-low flame till it sets and eggs are cooked. Then flip over to the other side and cook at low flame till done.
  5. Switch off the flame and transfer it on to a plate and serve...
