Ingredients:
50 gm green gram / cherupayar
2 eggs
2-3 green chillies
few curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
100 ml water
2 tsp oil
Preparation:
- Wash and soak green gram in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- In a blender, add drained green gram, eggs, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt and 100 ml water and blend well together until smooth.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture and swirl the pan to spread evenly.
- Cover and cook for a couple of minutes over medium-low flame till it sets and eggs are cooked. Then flip over to the other side and cook at low flame till done.
