Ingredients:


300- 350 gm minced beef

1 heaping cup macaroni

1/4 cup grated carrot

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp pepper powder

1 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp fresh green peas

1/2 cup tomato puree

2 tbsp tomato paste

2 tsp oregano

3-4 tbsp grated cheese

salt to taste

2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp oil


Preparation:


  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan and add chopped garlic and onion and saute well.
  2. Add minced beef and saute until it turns brown and cooked.
  3. Add grated carrot, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, paprika, chilli flakes, cinnamon powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Add peas, tomato paste and tomato puree and mix well.
  5. Add oregano and macaroni and mix well.
  6. Then add 2 cups of water and cook covered at low-medium flame till done.
  7. Add grated cheese and coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the flame and serve hot...
