Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup ripe pineapple pieces
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
3 dry red chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
Preparation:
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add dry red chillies and curry leaves and saute.
- Add pineapple pieces and saute well adding salt for about 5 minutes.
- Then reduce the flame and add turmeric powder and kashmiri chilli powder.
- Mix well at medium flame till the masala is well coated with pineapple pieces for 3-4 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and serve as a side dish....
