Ingredients:


3/4 cup pineapple, chopped into small pieces

3/4 cup raw mango, chopped into small pieces

1/3 cup grated coconut

a pinch of cumin seeds

1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1 cup yogurt

2 green chillies, chopped

1/2 tsp ginger, sliced

salt to taste

2 dry red chillies

1 sprig curry leaves

2 tsp oil


Preparation:


  1. Chop pineapple and raw mango into small pieces.
  2. Grind grated coconut, cumin seeds and 1/4 tsp mustard seeds together adding little water.
  3. Add the ground paste to the chopped pineapple and mango and mix well.
  4. Then mix in yogurt, chopped green chillies, sliced ginger and salt.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and splutter 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. Add dry red chillies and curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
  6. Add this to the prepared mixture and mix well. Serve with rice....
