Ingredients:
3/4 cup pineapple, chopped into small pieces
3/4 cup raw mango, chopped into small pieces
1/3 cup grated coconut
a pinch of cumin seeds
1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 cup yogurt
2 green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, sliced
salt to taste
2 dry red chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
2 tsp oil
Preparation:
- Chop pineapple and raw mango into small pieces.
- Grind grated coconut, cumin seeds and 1/4 tsp mustard seeds together adding little water.
- Add the ground paste to the chopped pineapple and mango and mix well.
- Then mix in yogurt, chopped green chillies, sliced ginger and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. Add dry red chillies and curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
- Add this to the prepared mixture and mix well. Serve with rice....
