Rice Crackers with Leftover Pathiri

Ingredients:

5-6 leftover pathiri

oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Cut the pathiri into small pieces.
  2. Place them on a sheet lined with parchment paper / kitchen towel.
  3. Then dry them in the sun for 2 days or until crisp. Store in an air tight container.

4. To fry, heat oil in a pan and add the dried pathiri pieces and deep fry them at medium flame till golden.

5. Drain on paper towels and serve it as a snack.... .
