Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 tbsp fresh cream
1/4 cup milk
salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup spinach, chopped
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
1-2 tbsp butter
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add eggs, fresh cream, milk, salt and pepper powder and beat well using whisk.
- Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onion and saute.
- Add chopped garlic and spinach and mix well.
- Pour the beaten egg mixture over the spinach and evenly spread it using a spatula.
- Add crumbled feta on top and cook covered at low flame till it sets and eggs are cooked.
