Ingredients:
150 gm mushroom, chopped into small pieces
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
2 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp butter
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix corn flour with 1/4 cup of water without any lumps and keep it aside.
- Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic and saute.
- Add chopped onion and saute well.
- Add sliced mushroom, pepper powder and salt and saute well till cooked.
- Add the cornflour slurry and enough water ( about 2- 2 1/2 cup ) and cook for 4-5 minutes till thick, stirring continuously.
- Adjust the salt and pepper powder and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well and remove from flame.
