Cherry Tomato and Corn Salad


1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup tinned corn
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
2-3 tbsp olive oil


  1. Cut each cherry tomatoes into two pieces and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, add chopped cucumber, corn, coriander leaves, pepper powder, sugar, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, olive oil and salt and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a plate and serve………
