Ingredients:
1 small green apple, cut into small cubes
1/2 cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 small onion, cut into small cubes
1 small tomato, seeds removed and chopped
1 green chilly, finely chopped
1 – 1 1/2 cup beaten yoghurt
few coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
Preparation:
- In a large mixing bowl, add chopped green apple, cucumber, onion, tomato, green chilly and coriander leaves and mix together.
- Add yoghurt and salt to this and mix well. Serve with biriyani, pulao etc…

I too prepare with green apple and cucumber, would also add pomegranate.
