Ingredients:
1- 1 1/4 cup rava/ semolina
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp sugar
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cardamom powder
oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs well.
- Add sugar, salt and cardamom powder to this and mix well.
- Then add rava and mix well and make a smooth batter.
- Heat an unniyappam pan and pour oil till half. When oil becomes hot, reduce the flame and pour 3/4 tbsp of the batter in each hole.
- Cook the unniyappams on medium flame till it turns golden brown on both sides….Remove it from flame and serve as a snack..
