Ingredients:
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 big tomato, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped (optional)
freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt to taste
few chopped coriander leaves
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, green chilli and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and salt to this and toss well until all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Check the salt and add more salt or lemon juice, if required.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with biriyani, neychor etc….
- You can replace the lemon juice with vinegar……
