Ingredients:
500 gm boneless chicken, cut into pieces
cheese as required, cut into cubes
3 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 – 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
2 eggs, beaten
bread crumbs as required
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Boil the potato, peel and mash it well without any lumps.
- Cook chicken with with 3/4-1 tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt and enough water. Then crush / shred it and keep it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add mashed potato, shredded chicken, 2 tsp pepper powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, soy sauce, butter, coriander leaves and salt and mix and knead it well.

4. Apply little oil on hand and make lemon sized balls of the mixture and flatten it gently using your fingers.
5. Then place a cheese cube in the center and then roll it into finger shape. Repeat the same with the remaining mixture and cheese cubes.
6. Beat the eggs in a bowl and dip each chicken finger into the beaten egg and roll it in bread crumbs.

7. Heat oil in a pan and gently drop them in the hot oil and fry them in batches until it turns golden brown on low-medium flame.
8. Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel….Serve hot..
