Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup ripe jackfruit pieces
2 cups raw rice
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup melted jaggery
1/2 tsp salt
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Soak the rice in water for 3-4 hours.
- In a blender, add the drained rice along with grated coconut, ripe jackfruit pieces, melted jaggery and salt and blend well to a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and drop little batter using spoon or with hand into hot oil and fry till golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel..Serve hot with tea/coffee…
