Ingredients:
2 big/ 3-4 small kaada/ quail
2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
few curry leaves
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Clean the kaada and make slits on them.
- In a bowl, add kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Add little water if required.
- Marinate the kaada with this paste both inside and outside and keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated kaada on medium flame. Transfer to a serving plate.
