2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1/2 tsp ghee
- Heat ghee in a pan over low flame and roast the almonds till golden brown for about 5 minutes. Transfer this to a kitchen towel and keep it aside.
- Remove the seeds/pits of the dates by making a slit on one side of the date and stuff each dates with a roasted almond.
- Drizzle honey all over the dates and sprinkle sesame seeds over it. Let it sit for an hour and then serve…
