Ingredients:
4 tbsp plain flour
4 tbsp milk
3 tbsp mango puree
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Preparation:
- Add milk, oil and mango puree in a large microwave safe mug and mix with a spoon or fork.
- Add plain flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda and mix everything well until thoroughly combined.
- Cook in microwave oven on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes or until the cake is done. Serve warm….
