Falooda Milkshake


1/2 cup semiya / vermicelli
500 ml chilled milk
6 tbsp sugar, powdered
3 scoops / 300 ml strawberry flavoured ice cream
chopped glazed cherries, rose syrup – for garnishing


  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add semiya and cook well till almost water dries up. Switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
  2. Then transfer it to blender and blend well.
  3. Now add chilled milk, sugar and ice cream to this and blend well.
  4. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with chopped glazed cherries and rose syrup and then serve….
