Chocolate Chip Mug Cake


4 tbsp plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp milk
1/8 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips


  1. In a large microwave-safe mug , combine plain flour, baking powder, brown sugar, milk, vanilla essence and oil and whisk until a smooth batter forms and no lumps remain.
  2. Stir in half of the chocolate chips.
  3. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over the surface.
  4. Then cook in microwave oven for about 1 minute. Let it cool a few minutes and then serve…
