Fresh Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients:

500 g fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sugar, or to taste
2 tsp lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Cut the hulled strawberries and puree / blend well them using a blender or food processor.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl and add the sugar and lemon juice and stir to combine until the sugar has fully dissolved.
  3. Pour into ice trays and keep it in the freezer overnight to set.
  4. Demould and serve it in serving bowls / cups and crush it with spoon or fork and enjoy…
