Ingredients:
500 g fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sugar, or to taste
2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation:
- Cut the hulled strawberries and puree / blend well them using a blender or food processor.
- Transfer it to a bowl and add the sugar and lemon juice and stir to combine until the sugar has fully dissolved.
- Pour into ice trays and keep it in the freezer overnight to set.
- Demould and serve it in serving bowls / cups and crush it with spoon or fork and enjoy…
