Lotus Biscoff Mug Cake


1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp oil
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp lotus biscoff spread
2 lotus biscuits, crushed
1 small scoop vanilla ice cream


  1. In a microwave safe mug, add plain flour, baking powder and sugar and mix well using a whisk.
  2. Then add oil, milk and lotus biscoff spread and mix again with a whisk until batter is smooth.
  3. Add in some crushed lotus biscuits and cook in microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with some vanilla ice cream and drizzle biscoff spread on top…
