Ingredients:
2 cups idiyappam, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp chana dal
2 dry red chillies, broken
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tsp oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, dry red chillies, onion, green chilli, ginger and salt and saute until lightly brown.
- Add turmeric powder into this and mix well.
- Add cooked idiyappam and mix it gently. Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot or warm..
