King Fish ( Ayakkoora ) Rava Fry / Crispy Rava Fried King Fish

Ingredients:

400 gm ayakkoora / king fish pieces, cleaned
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup semolina / rava
4 tbsp oil, for frying

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil and mix well.
  2. Marinate the cleaned fish pieces in this paste and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll the marinated fish in rava/semolina to coat well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them on medium heat on both sides till done . Serve hot….
