Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado
2 small bananas
4 dates
1/2 cup milk
few ice cubes
sliced banana, almonds, granola or roasted seeds for topping

Preparation:

  1. Cut avocado into half and scoop out the flesh.
  2. In a blender, add avocado, bananas, dates, milk and ice cubes and blend together until smooth.
  3. Transfer it to a bowl and top with banana slices, almonds, granola / roasted seeds and chia seeds. Enjoy!!
