Ingredients:
12-15 pieces of chicken
1 cup coriander leaves
2-3 green chillies
small piece of ginger
1 egg
1 tbsp cornflour
5-6 tbsp plain flour (add more if needed)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder and salt. ( Optional: Can cook chicken pieces till half done)
- In a blender, add egg, cornflour, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt and blend to a smooth batter adding little water.
- Transfer this to a bowl, add plain flour little by little till it becomes a thick batter.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the prepared batter and coat well with the batter.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces on both sides..Serve hot…
