3 tbsp mushroom, chopped into small pieces
1 green chilli, finely chopped
4 shallots, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1-2 tbsp butter
- Heat little butter in a pan, add chopped mushroom and saute for 1-2 minutes in medium flame and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, add egg, green chilli, shallots, pepper powder and salt and beat well.
- Heat butter in a pan, add egg mixture and sprinkle sauteed mushroom over this and cook till both sides are done..Serve hot…
