2 ripe bananas ( ethapazham)
1-2 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup grated coconut
2-3 tsp sugar
- Slice bananas into round pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add sliced bananas and saute for 5-6 minutes or until slightly golden in colour.
- Add grated coconut and sugar and mix well. Remove from flame and serve….
