Mutton Fry

Hi Friends,

              I am back from holidays…Had a great time with family…Today I would like to share the recipe of  a simple  mutton fry… 


1/2 kg mutton, cut into pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
curry leaves
1- 1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder (adjust to your spice level)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  1. In a pressure cooker, add cleaned mutton pieces, chopped onion, tomato, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook till done.
  2. Heat little oil in a pan and add cooked mutton, crushed garlic and curry leaves and fry well until brown …Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot…
