2 bread slices
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp semolina/ rava
ghee/ oil for frying/ toasting
- Cut each bread slices into four pieces.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Add semolina to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Heat a frying pan and add 1 tbsp ghee/oil on medium- low flame.
- Dip each bread pieces in the egg-rava mixture and toast/ fry until crispy and golden brown on both sides….
