3/4 cup carrot, finely chopped
2 cup thick yoghurt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp chilli powder
- Steam cook the chopped carrots and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, beat the yoghurt, sugar and salt together. Add cooked carrot and mix well.
- Heat oil in a small pan and splutter cumin seeds. Saute garlic and add chilli powder and remove from flame.
- Add this to the carrot- yoghurt mixture and mix slowly with a fork and serve…
