Ingredients:
3-4 small tomatoes
1 cup seedless watermelon
1 small cucumber
1/2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2- 2 tbsp vinegar
crushed pepper
salt
Preparation:
- Cut tomatoes and cucumber into small cubes. Using a melon baller, scoop out watermelon or cut it into small cubes.
- In a bowl, add cubed tomatoes, cucumber, watermelon and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Mix olive oil, vinegar, crushed pepper and salt together in a small bowl and add to the chopped ingredients (step 2) and mix well. Transfer to a plate and serve…..
