1 big piece sugarcane / 2 cups sugarcane, skin peeled and chopped into small pieces
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 ” ginger, chopped
1/2- 1 cup water
sugar, as required
- Cut the big piece of sugarcane into small pieces.
- Peel the thick skin using a sharp knife and chop it into small pieces /chunks.
- In a blender, add this sugarcane pieces, water, lemon juice, chopped ginger and sugar and blend it for 3-4 minutes.
- Strain the prepared juice using a strainer and pour it in a serving glass…Serve with or without ice..
