Banana Almond / Badam Milkshake



Ingredients:

1 cup badam / almonds
2 ripe bananas
3 cup chilled milk
3 tbsp sugar or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Soak the almonds in hot water for 30 minutes and peel off the skin.
