Ingredients:
3 cups pori / puffed rice
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
3 tbsp roasted gram / pottukadala
3 garlic cloves, crushed
few curry leaves
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a large frying pan, add crushed garlic and curry leaves and saute well on low flame.
- Then add roasted peanuts, roasted gram, puffed rice, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix thoroughly in low flame for 2-3 minutes until the puffed rice becomes crispy.
- When puffed rice is well coated with masala, remove it from flame.
- Allow to cool and store it in an air tight container….
