25 chakkakuru / jackfruit seeds
1 1/2 cup grated coconut
3/4 -1 cup jaggery, powdered
1/4 cup roasted rice flour (add more or less as needed)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- Peel the chakkakuru and cook it adding little salt and enough water. Then drain the water and grind it / mash it well.
- Transfer this to a bowl and add grated coconut, powdered jaggery, rice flour and cardamom powder and mix it well with your hand.
- Then make small balls out of this mixture … Chakkakuru balls are ready to serve..
