2 cups ripe mango, peeled and chopped
3-4 tbsp sugar (adjust sugar according to the sweetness of mango)
1/2 tsp lime juice (optional)
- In a blender, add the chopped mango, lime juice and sugar and puree it adding little water until smooth.
- Pour this mango puree into popsicle mould and freeze it for 6-7 hours or overnight.
- To release the popsicles, run the moulds under the warm water for 20-30 seconds…Serve it immediately…
