Ingredients:
1 big cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 big tomato, finely chopped
1 big onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated coconut
1- 2 green chillies
1 cup thick yoghurt
salt to taste
Preparation:
- Grind the grated coconut adding green chillies to a thick paste and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, add chopped cucumber, onion, tomato and salt and mix well.
- Add coconut paste to this and mix well.
- Then add the yoghurt and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with biriyani, ghee rice…
